J&P Sponsors Autism Awareness Run/Walk in West Bend, Wis.

J&P Site Experts is a proud sponsor of the fourth annual Autism Awareness 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 14, at the Washington County Fair Park and Conference Center in West Bend, Wis.

On The Spectrum Inc., hosts this event, with all proceeds from the event going toward funding grants for local families affected by autism. There will be a variety of free activities, including a petting zoo, face painting, bounce houses, a raffle and silent auction, and more.

April is Autism Awareness Month. Many people don’t know that more children are diagnosed with autism than with cancer, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy and Down syndrome combined.

J&P is invested in spreading the word about the impact of autism, which costs affected families an average of $60,000 per year for care and therapy.
