Building Refresh
This client came to us seeking a full interior refresh — and that’s exactly what they got. In an effort to manage costs, one of their key requests was to reuse as many existing materials as possible, including cabinets, windows and doors. By thoughtfully relocating windows and doors to the opposite wall and incorporating a common vestibule at the entrance, we were able to bring in additional natural light and enhance the overall flow of the space. A fresh coat of paint and new carpeting completed the transformation, taking this refresh to the next level.
Bollard Installation

Flood Clean-up: Drywall Repair
Devastating flash floods struck Milwaukee in August. We received many phone calls for flood clean-up, and this was one of them. Drywall was water-damaged at this office location. We tore out the damaged drywall and insulation and replaced with new materials, did the mudding and finished with a fresh coat of paint. We were able to get this conference room back up and running in the matter of one week for our client!
Flat Roof Installation
The proof is in the photos. A new flat roof was desperately needed at this facility. This brand new flat roof is a critical investment to the long-term integrity and efficiency of this facility. The risk of water damage and leaks has been eliminated while also reducing future maintenance costs.
